Fall has fallen and you may be wondering what to wear this season. If you want to dress up a little bit as the temperatures begin to drop, you may still be curious about what’s even in style right now.

For the girls, overall trends are patterns and prints, chunky sweaters, layering, wide leg jeans and pants, platform boots, and suede or leather jackets. Colors to stick to are shades of brown, beige, olive green, burnt orange, burgundy, and cream. You can always accessorize your outfit with fun jewelry or a scarf. For guys, fall fashion trends are usually the same every year. They will want to stick to sweaters with a collared shirt, khakis or slacks, and neutral sneakers or birkenstock clogs. Colors to incorporate are brown, black, tan, forest green, gray, navy and white. If you feel like your look is missing something, you can always add a scarf or dressier    shoes.                             

   Now that you know what to wear, here are a few places to shop. If you’re on a budget, Target, H&M and Zara are great options. Target has shirts and shoes for girls, as well as pants and sweaters for guys. H&M has a wider selection online, but if you’re feeling adventurous, you can always visit their store in Park Plaza Mall. They usually have fun tops, dresses,and jewelry for the girls. For guys, they have cool sweatshirts, buttonups, and shoes.  Zara also has a wide online selection. Girls should keep an eye out for their shirts and accessories. Guys may be able to find stylish outerwear and boots. If your budget is super tight, consider a secondhand store nearby. Goodwill, Plato’s Closet, and some local antique stores usually have some fun fall options for a great price.
